Excellent Air BNB! I’ve stayed at multiple Air BNB throughout the country and this was the best one!!! House was pristine and had everything we could’ve asked for! Michelle (host) was super responsive when I had questions and kept us up to date when services were doing something on or in the property! Definitely was an amazing place to stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood! Lots of restaurants and places to see that were close to the house!

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 4PM Check-out is by 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

For direct bookings: 30+ days before check-in: 100% refund, less a 4% non-refundable payment-processing cost. 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund. Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund. Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or another booking platform are subject to the cancellation policy agreed to when booking through that platform. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.

Are pets allowed?

Yes- up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee (only dogs, no other pets allowed). Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a dog. We provide pet-friendly bowls.

How many guests are included?

Both Properties: A maximum of 6 guests is allowed. This includes children and adults. We're not able to accommodate additional guests beyond this limit at any time.

What is the location like?

Vermont Cabin: Private and remote- perfect for unplugging. Grocery stores and most restaurants are about 30 minutes away. Naples Home: Located in a quiet neighborhood about 3 miles from the beach, with easy access to restaurants and shopping.

What outdoor amenities are available?

Vermont Cabin: private hot tub (year-round), fire pit, and outdoor pavilion. Naples Home: Private screened lanai with pool and hot tub. Pool heat during cooler months (November - April) is available for an additional fee.
