Coastal Escape is a thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a fully screened outdoor living area featuring a private pool and hot tub, plus a fenced backyard and plenty of space to relax together.

Tucked into a quiet North Naples neighborhood, you'll be just minutes from beautiful Gulf beaches, Mercato, restaurants, shopping, and many of Naples' favorite attractions—close to everything while still having a peaceful place to come home to.

LIVING & GATHERING

After a morning at the beach or an afternoon by the pool, the open living space gives everyone a comfortable place to reconnect. Stretch out on the spacious sectional, settle into an accent chair with your favorite drink, stream a movie, or linger over stories from the day's adventures.

The open layout connects the living room, kitchen, and dining areas, making it easy to spend time together without ever feeling crowded.

SLEEP & UNWIND

When the day is done, three comfortable bedrooms give everyone their own place to recharge.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi—ideal if you need to check in with work before slipping back into vacation mode.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom features a full-size lower bunk, twin upper bunk, and twin trundle, making it especially convenient for families.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whether you're brewing your first cup of coffee before heading to the beach, putting together an easy poolside lunch, or preparing dinner at home, the well-equipped kitchen has what you need.

A spacious island creates a natural gathering spot for morning coffee, appetizers, and conversation, while the nearby dining area offers room to slow down and enjoy a meal together. Sliding glass doors connect the indoor space to the screened lanai, so vacation life can flow easily from inside to out.

Step into the fully screened lanai, where the private pool, hot tub, outdoor living and dining areas come together to create your own tropical retreat. Beyond the screened lanai, the backyard is fully fenced, offering additional outdoor space and privacy.

Optional pool heating is available November through April for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

GOOD TO KNOW

Coastal Escape accommodates up to 6 registered guests.

Dogs are welcome with prior approval and the applicable pet fee. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted; puppies under 1 year are not accepted. Dogs are not permitted in the pool or hot tub.

For guest safety and security, exterior surveillance cameras are present at the property. One camera monitors the front/driveway area and another is located at the front door. The cameras record video and audio and do not monitor private interior or backyard/pool areas.
